11am to 2pm: Riparian restoration service project
Near the Potash boat-ramp on the Colorado River (includes scattering seed on 20-40 acres of Jackson Bottom as part of Plateau Restoration's Post Tamarisk Treatment Rehabilitation Project).
Meet for transport and car-pooling at the Moab Information Center (corner of Center and Main) at 11:00am and return by 2pm. Lunch and all tools provided.
Includes presentations on issues related to Colorado River restoration techniques and efforts.
This activity is free to anyone, not just registrants of the event. Please RSVP.
4 pm - 6 pm: Sundowner gathering and BBQ
Event warm-up for sponsors and volunteers at Plateau Restoration's facility. Folks who sign up for the whole event are invited to attend.
7 pm - 9 pm: Presentations on Colorado River Issues at Star Hall, Moab

9 am to 3pm: Winter float on the Colorado River
open only to Full-Event Registrants
PRE-REGISTRATION by November 8 is required.
(Class I-II) raft trip focusing on learning and fun with instructors and other key folk, including river historians Roy Webb and Richard Quartaroli, Dave Mortenson and Tom Martin along with replica historic boats, geologists Wayne Ranney and Tamsin McCormick, event organizer, Michael Dean Smith.
Lunch, life jackets and transport provided.
This trip is conducted as a part of the fund-raiser by Plateau Restoration, who is a permitted outfitter on this section; it is open only to pre-registrants.
Meet at Moab Information Center (Center and Main, Moab) at 9 am for van transportation. Return by 5 pm. Pick-up and drop-off at Red Cliff's Adventure Lodge, by arrangement.
